Firstly, I would like to thank Dr @M.Seidamwho encouraged me to join an IM drive when I did a Fewbie night drive with him the week before. I must say the experience was really good and enjoyed the drive immensely. It also helped that I messed about with @Davie Chase from 3pm+ where we did a 'quick' N-->F-->F+-->IM drive with another mutual friend as a warm up before the main event. Thank guys!

The team in the drive was of very high level of skills, thanks to all of you to make the night so enjoyable:

in front of me @Rajiv Sam prompted me a few times to take a different and better lines. An excellent second lead. Glad to know that your tire got sorted. What was the issue? The leakage was quite strange. The upside is the team made the difficult task of changing tire in the summer fun and easy.

 @Joji varghese kept me honest as my rear gunner. 

@Benjamin was ever so helpful and skillful. Always nice to drive with you.

@Waqas Parvezdrove with you a lot during our F+ days and good to see you again. Always calm and helpful with advice too, appreciate it.

@Davie Chase Great sweeper who ensured that no one get left behind. Except if they tell you the F1 results, then you would bury him in the dessert.

Will be heading out for vacation outside Dubai and see you guys next time. 

I only started driving in manual at the later stage of F+. During newbie and fewbie I drove with auto so that I could focus more on the terrain and driving. 
 
When I drive in auto, at more challenging terrain or softer sand I could feel that the auto box is hunting for gears which can be frustrating at times.

Better late than never with my drive report. 
 

It was a truly enjoyable drive for me, as always with Dr @M.Seidam leading, @Davie Chase bringing up the rear and @Simon D keeping things stable in the center. 
 

I had great fun driving in the middle of 2 other FJs, following @Hugo ‘s tracks and in front of @Jaro Tuzinsky 

Of course it was great fun to see familiar @Harshal @Benjamin and new faces  in the convoy

It was a relaxing, scenic and enjoyable drive. This drive was good for me since I has been away from the sand for a few months.

This was my first drive for 2023 and I enjoyed it immensely. As usual, Dr @Chaitanya D organizes great night drives and this time  supported by another great night drives organizer Dr @M.Seidam  It was a great combo with @Karthik Raptor in the center. 
The weather was fantastic. Mixture of terrain and the capable convoy made the drive very enjoyable. I hope to see you all soon. Photos are in the gallery.

It was a great convoy of 18 cars and given the number of cars we’re doing quite well in terms of issues. It was a nice evening. My first trip back to the desert since my last drive in the summer. Nice to see a few old faces in support roles. Thanks Dr @Chaitanya D and the reliable support crew  @Vaibhav  @Waqas Parvez  @Karthik Raptor

well deserved !

I have been using Cooper AT3 since 2018. Just replaced 2 tires recently because I suffered a foot long cut at the side wall on one of the tire. Thankfully it was not deep enough to puncture the tire. Based on the collective experiences here, looks like AT3 may not be suitable for wadis. 
I have enjoyed the ride on the tarmac and sand.
