While I am not sure if it can be changed now as the RSVP still open but definitely if we remain 4 of us or a last minute same level or higher joins I can pump it to that level .4 points

Without any doubt, after many trials, RAM Mounts. Specifically designed for off-road, they are simply perfect. I have the magnetic one: a small metal disk glued on the back of the phone cover and you can attach / remove your phone instantly.. but when it is attached, it will never fall, not even in the worst case. A bit expensive, but you'll need only one for the rest of your life. http://www.rammount.com4 points

@M.Seidam looking forward for today's drive, I have a question as all of us are FB+ can we change the drive from Fewbie to Fewbie+ level as it can be counted for us?3 points

it should be either 4 or 5 day work. halfday work on friday is useless and waste of time. i would rather prefer to cover fridays half day work on other 4 days and take full day off on friday. This will be more efficient and productive. Hope private sector chose this. ๐ so 3 days for offroad. yay.. but immagine no of cross tracks in area 53 on sunday morning, ๐3 points

Same experience as @Looper. I already work Mondays through Fridays and it was easy for me to do drives in the summer (surprise) because they were much earlier and I could be back at work (while inflating ๐) but with cooler weather, Iโm now limited to Saturday drives only. A shift to a Saturday+Sunday weekend for the private sector (yet to be rolled out) would mean more drives for me to do, but I enjoyed not working on Sunday when everybody was heading into work. Always felt like a tourist. Guess, not anymoreโฆ3 points

@M.Seidam sounds like a good plan! Looking forward to the drive with yourself, @Tareck and @munkybizness - possibly the shortest (for me at least) convoy ever!3 points

Dear friends @Gregory , @Tareck and @munkybizness I am looking forward to meet you tomorrow at 15:30 sharp not later please so we can boost the entire daylight in the coming fun taking in consideration the short strong convoy. When you follow google map please donโt get confused as the meeting point is exactly to the right after you enter the gate , bit far from the private area . we will take it as far as it gets to the south in day light crossing several terrains from medium to high range dunes , sabkha , patches of technical strips connecting terrains till the sunset ๐ after which the approach and the pace will become slightly slower and the distance between cars bit closer enough for the adequate reaction time . If all goes the way we want we can inflate in last exit as plan A . Alternatively the shorter route will be back to murqab via the secret route ๐ P.S please check your radios in the morning before leaving to work ๐ cheers ๐ Mohamed Below is the convoy order3 points

Il Te' nel Deserto: between Qudra and Ganthoot - Drive Report "Live life as if everything is rigged in your favor" - Rumi A belated report, after a few days of work, business to take care of, and a couple more drives. It will be short and to the point, as many have already highlighted the extremely smooth nature of the drive. In spite of a variety of terrains, and a decent driving speed, it's been my first drive with NO refusals and NO stucks. Indeed, everything seemed to have been rigged in our favor. It covered 75.5 Km, in 3:23 total hours (2:54 moving), at an average moving speed of 26 Km/h, with the only breaks taken to stretch our legs, refresh ourselves, plus the last, glorious stop, when tea was served, accompanied by wild dates (for some more adventurous tasters), among a group of palms, lit up by the flames of the setting sun. One picture to describe this wonderful drive (see below), and many thanks going to the whole convoy: @Santoso Marjuki, @Matt.T, @Naim Aoun, @Thomas Varghese, @Rsjiv Samuel and @Alain Canivet-Abikhalil. See you soon in the sand.2 points

I worked Monday to Friday while I worked here in last 5 years anyways and was missing the Friday events in last few months after getting back to regular schedule (due to a pandemic hiccup it was Sunday to Thursday). I am quite happy about it. this is also an experiment as they are suggesting 4 and half day week which is going towards the new progressive norm of 4 day work week implemented in some Scandinavian countries. from Thursday-Friday to Saturday-Sunday itโs a great progress.2 points

Hi Guys, I am a little late to post this...Thanks @Asif Hussain for the great start. You were selfless in your approach submitting your vehicle for the sacrifice at the start, hope now car is okay, nothing major. May be out trip went off smoothly accomplishing great heights and drops clocking a lot of kms at a decent pace. Thanks @Shaaz Shafor the taking over, great drive it was - just out of the world stuff... @Looperas always my reliable partner to check how his wrangler is performing vs mine w.r.t temperature but I found he now has some extras 1) refrigerator useful for the evenings 2) winch useful for the drives 3) last but not the least, he also has a crawl mode on sand, which was loving demoed the previous night @Josh T. Good to see u.... @Karthikeyan Govindarajan Nice to see u, first time drive with you @Chris Wing will come to pick your brain if i went to buy the FJ - hope u will close your loop with all your country men soon @Xavier Treasurer Great guys, good meeting Pak @Zed where are the drone videos? @Xavier TreasurerSame here, after while meeting you, and was cannot forget your rescue attempt for Karthik with no showel, rope etc... ha ha but you offered him moral support we know.... @Jeepie Thanks always for you keeping the count of the flock from the back .... Great to travel with you, thanks for the LnM Menthols, after that I have not touched them See u all soon!!!!! PS: the first 9 minutes reach us to the farms. from the 9th to the 15th minutes is where the huge drops are captured.2 points

Drive report What a drive ! It was epic and absolute pleasure today with @Gregory , @Tareckand @munkybizness excellent driving . You all did more than super great not only the driving part which truly was impressive but everybody compliance with the safety and convoy rules which kept the drive nonstop except for two quick breaks we crossed along Lisaili across part of murqab all the way south practicing endless side sloping , ridge riding and criss crossing and yet technical sections especially the part before the pylon track which was super tight and not a single issue . Our shovels and ropes today left safe inside our truck while we had a moment of taking some pictures at the DCT start point for memory , felt different โ๏ธ The dark part was in Qudra on purpose ; a place that I better know itโs terrain . That was adrenaline pumping half an hour before we looped back on time reaching last Exit . throughout the drive everybody displayed solid safe driving , excellent communication and appropriate reaction time whenever I had to give some instructions to my second lead . thank you all for this amazing outing and till next time take care drive safe cheers Mohamed P.S few pictures and stat of the trip in Gallery below relive ๐1 point

Thanks for your response...there another school that says that it absolutely does nothing to the FJ gear box as long as you keep shifting gear 4 and 3 on a 4 Low amd use for short burst. I have used it for short climb and it does wonders to the power. I would love to invite more comments there is another club which encourages this.1 point
