  1. DRIVE REPORT: It was a special drive! my first drive with Full lead with an amazing convoy to make the most of the day. After the initial quick briefing, we started from TAWI NAZWA just after the Fewbie + convoy lead by @Hisham Masaad . With few cross tracks in the first few dunes behind our back, we made our way, climbing hard sides of all available dunes of what i referred as "Dune Surfing", riding "wave to wave". The convoy response was brilliant as we covered 26 km reaching Small Red Base within the first hour. We made our way on the top and then towards pink rock through some cross tracks. we had a couple of refusal as we approached the west side of Pink Rock. considering the nature of the sand( cross tracks) i decided to avoid the area and headed to the cleaner , higher dunes on the west circling back to Big Red zig zagging through some clean dunes. As we made our way, i increased the pace to which the convoy responded again beautifully. I decided to make way to top of Big red, where we had a couple of refusal partially as the sand was very soft coupled with driver fatigue. After the convoy was back in action, we made our final attempt on the south side reaching to the Top where we were greeted by the sigh of our Fewbie + convoy climbing the east side slip face. it as this point that we had few cars reattempting the climb and then three of them fishtailing with one taking a small jump, one crested and last one with a nose down stuck with Popout. With superb guidance, quick thinking from @Kailas and teamwork of the rest of convoy, we managed to fix the pop out on an incline. after which we exited the area on the main road 200 m away. a big thanks to @Kailas for pep talk at the start of the drive and your guidance throughout. A big thanks to my support team @Rajiv Sam and @Ranjan Das. it was a memorable drive with @Chinthaka Ruwan, @Amir Amiri, @DP1011, @Anoop Nair, @Manoj Soman, @Joji varghese, @Mark D And @Naim Aoun . we all learned something new and hope you guys enjoyed the drive! see you all soon in sand!

  5. @Brette thank you for a fantastic experience that wants me to keep coming back. The whole experience is quite commendable from a structure and organization points of view, to clarity in communication and available information and to a great safety net that you and @Looper have provided to help build the confidence in order to want more. I usually do not spend time blogging or writing feedback but I want to thank @Carnity represented by you guys for the first drive as well as the overall experience to date. Your passion and actions are making me become a Carnity ambassador. Until the next drive....take care gents. Mike

  33. Drive report Convoy X : Thanks to @Islam Soliman for adding all waitlist and splitting into two convoys. Double thanks for giving me a bunch of cars with great drivers who had no/hardly any issues in the 47 + KM Newbie drive . @Amr Aydin did great as second lead . @Davie Chase and @DP1011 lended their support to perfection though we hardly had any issues . @Emanuel hope you get the heating issue - common to pajeros sorted as we discussed. Nothing serious but it will help you to enjoy the drives without this problem as summer is setting in. Rest of the drivers @shailendra singh vilkhu @Ignacio Quindos @george charbel @Yaseen87 @RiaanJH @Rajat Verma @takeshi sobue @Udit S did amazingly well, even when we crossed those multiple dunes straight up and down without a single crest- well done 👍🏼. Hope you all enjoyed it as much as if it would have been on Islams drive . Have a great week and see you all soon
