It looks like a massive face lift but it's only a 2,5" Mopar lift.
Have you got this done 2.5 inches lift by yourself or bought it like this?
Just take it easy and get used to your car COG and body roll in the sand if you are new to dunes.

Welcome @TheUsualSuspect Renier, two things I like to highlight for you.
- Never do a half-clutch in the sand with your manual transmission, which will burn the clutch.
-
With such an enormous lift (looks like 4- 6 inches), be extra careful in sand dunes and don't fight gravity at all seeing the car in front. Your car is different and may not be as forgiving as stock wranglers and might flip. For slow speed rock crawling this much lift is acceptable, but for sand dunes, its extremely risky.
- If you have been driving this much lifted wrangler in sand for some time, then ignore my second comment. Which means you are aware of your true COG and vehicle body roll in dunes.

Leading a desert drive is the most amazing experience to have, where you can combine fun, freedom, creativity, strategic thinking and survival skills all at once.
Leaders lead is the drive where selected Advisors will learn to lead under close guidance. Backed with the right techniques, experience and supervision so that you can learn the art of leading with peace of mind without any fear or pressure.
You will be learning the basics of leading in the desert in three different sessions:
- Advance sand reading, plan your lead, plan your exits.
- Use navigational software for selecting the right course of the path.
- How to plan and scale the lead and recoveries in the most grueling terrain.
In this second session of leaders lead you will be leading with the help of an off-road navigation app or device. You can choose any device or app (motionx, gaia, mytrail etc) and mark these basic points and you will be required to reach anyone a or few of them:
-
Entry and Exit
- Lisaili Fort
- Skydive
- Chimney
- Mark long range playable dunes
- Mark pylon tracks, cycle tracks
- Mark as many sabka, flat track or easy exits in case of emergency
- Mark fencing or restricted area
- Mark technical dunes
P.S. I will personally check each of your devices to verify and help you further.

Your best bet for OEM parts is from Toyota only, as a 20+ year-old vehicle usually has no aftermarket availability.
I am living with one, and most parts take 30 days for special orders from Japan through a Mitsubishi dealer in Dubai.

We welcome all Champions to enroll for the much-awaited Desert Champions Trophy.
Here are a few things each Champion needs to know, practice and remember for the day of the event.
- Your phone or GPS device should have a dedicated power source to last for 6+ hours.
- Your phone or GPS device should withstand heat or direct sunlight.
- Your phone or GPS device should have offline maps.
- Your phone or GPS device should be updated.
- Your phone or GPS device should have all waypoints, and restricted areas.
- Your phone or GPS device should be able to record track without internet or GSM coverage (for DU sim holders).
- Your phone or GPS device should be able to export the track to a GPX file.
- Your phone or GPS device should be able to share that GPX file with us.
Please test all the above, during your test run or daily driving, to eliminate any/all bottlenecks or points of failure.
Please remember each member's GPS track has to be submitted for fair evaluation, which means 1 lead + 4 participants = 5 GPS tracks per team is needed at the end of the event.
We require a full GPS track from start to finish line without any pauses or breaks.
Any missing or broken GPS track will have the whole team disqualified.
