After being battered and bruised over the past 6 months by bulldozers, Sweihan is healing up and calling us back for a visit. The plan is to cover some good ground and verify which areas are fine for exploring again. Let's keep fingers crossed and hope we can encounter the majestic and smooth dunes before Ramadan !

Level:  Fewbie and above

When:  20 Mar 2022, Sunday

Meeting time: 07:00 AM(SHARP - Without any exceptions)

Type of Car: Any proper 4x4 with front and back tow hooks and 8-10 inches of ground clearance.

What to bring along: Loads of water, snacks (for yourself), face mask, rubber gloves, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Approximate finish time: 11:00 AM

THIS IS A COMPRESSOR ONLY DRIVE. WE WILL END THE DRIVE AT A POINT WHICH IS NOT CLOSE TO AN AIR LINE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A COMPRESSOR, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS DRIVE. IF YOU ARRIVE AND HAVE NO COMPRESSOR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO JOIN THE DRIVE

Mee too had the same experience 😔, i logged once it was announced on whatsapp and it was full even with 3 members on the waiting list.  @Frederic any chance this could be split to 2 convoys, This is my first fewbie trip and was so looking forward to it. Thanks

Hi @Haitham Khattabyes, the RSVP went extremely fast and it does seem the internal servers had some issues to digest the massive amount of people logging into the site at the same time.

To be able to split into two convoys, we would need another trip lead. Unfortunately many are out this weekend due to travels or other commitments.
