Thank you @Islam Soliman for leading the drive, @Hisham Masaad having a senior member behind me was comforting in case i get stuck. Haven't seen bowls after bowls like in the Big Red, so it was well worth the drive from Abu Dhabi (and waking up at 1:30am) 😁👍🏻

I do agree i may be over compensating for something else 🤣 However, i have@Ale Vallecchito thank for that, when i was firmly told on pretty much my first drive that the shovel I did have was completely inadequate for off roading Have to say the new one works a treat and helped make freeing @Islam Solimana cinch 💪

Wow. What a drive. Best way to finish weekend. Ridge riding, Side sloping, hill climbing and everyone pushed their vehicles really hard. It was amazing. Also unexpected surprise at big red, a thick fog covering the dune. Got plenty of time to play at Pink Rock. Thanks @Islam Soliman @Hisham Masaad @Ranjan Das and all the team for the wonderful drive.

Thanks Fred, for taking us to a wonderful part of Sweihan. The first part of the drive did have an unusually high amount of bushes which added another dimension to off-road adventure and the 360 degree bowl was the a wonderful icing on the cake. A few points for all the drivers which was quite evident during the play time : 1. Don't get carried away when you see such a bowl, as in the quest to go higher and faster, errors would happen. Your first attempt should be at 70-80% of your car's capability in order to judge the terrain before going at 100% throttle. 2. While side slopping never fishtail. That's an absolute No No. We were extremely lucky to have some near misses with no incidents. Driving within your vehicles limit is a key ingredient to being a good off-road driver 3. Ensure that your radio is working and you are on the right channel. If there is a silence on the radio, always do a Radio Check. Few drivers were making errors in the bowl while also having their radios mistakenly changed to a different channel. 4. Lastly, sometimes some of the senior members might have to speak loudly on the radio to draw your attention to an error that you are making. This is purely in interest of your own safety and there is no need to feel panicked after that. If the anxiety levels are high, take a break, get down from your car and have a bottle of water. Never drive under stress or fear as you stop listening to instructions and also commit more errors at the same time Safe driving everyone and look forward to meeting you all soon in the sand.

Perfect route with excellent leading by @Islam Soliman made us taste almost everything from a delicious offroad salad yesterday. thank you to all drivers perfectly occupying their seats. Great job! Excellent support by @Mario Cornejo on 2nd lead and @Hisham Masaad in being everywhere whenever needed. we had one additional secret support @Niki giving perfect advices and instructions during refusals. DRIVE REPORT We all know Sweihan has potential, and lots of it. When I found this area and its coordinates a few weeks back, and came to know later on @Asif Hussain had done something similar earlier this year, we got in touch and and we prepared to start from the Khatim side and make our way to Sweihan and pass through the magnificent tall dunes and bowls. The first part of the track, that looked quite nice on my satellite images, ended to be a more technical track with lots of vegetation to my surprise, which meant we had to keep the pace a bit lower. I personally love technical terrain and if this was to be crossed to reach walhalla, so be it ! I was meeting many of the AD guys for the first time. I remember @Srikumar telling me you were a group of dedicated and committed off-roaders that look after each other, and I was glad to see your camaraderie amongst each-other and how well you all worked together during each event. It made the drive absolutely fantastic and more than the terrain it's all about sharing these experiences with like-minded people. Upon reaching the first big bowl, called the 360 bowl, @Asif Hussain showed us the ropes and the whole convoy made several fantastic attempts at conquering this monster. We all had great fun and spent a lot of time there. During that time we received a call of a situation nearby with our Newbie convoy, where a car had rolled over. After we fixed @Mus_hus78 his pop-out, we quickly exited with the convoy as it was getting too hot to continue and we wanted to meet up with the seniors on the other side of the road to see where we could be of any help. @Ruan van den Heever and @Mus_hus78 offered their help to join us and together we headed to the other side of the road. We were able to successfully get the vehicle out and I wanted to thank you guys for offering your help ! Thanks to a great convoy, a super support in @Asif Hussain and @Srikumar, we had a blissful morning under the Sweihan sun. We were eager to head to the other bowls, but will keep that for a "Sweihan Switcheroo Part 2" drive soon See you soon in the sand again !

Thanks for the nice and challenging ride @Islam Soliman, it really helped me to widen my limits and conquer my fears, and go beyond what i am used to. Driving behind our Jimny man @Nathan Evans, who was 2L, i could always see 2 tracks , the wider ones of the behemoth yukon of our lead @Islam Soliman and second - the very tight ones belonging to the Jimny , and very deceiving, if i try to follow the latter!!! Keeping up the pace and choosing the right exits from bowls in low visibility was really a challenge and our lead Islam definitely deserves a round of applause for doing this safely, although i think we could not fully execute what he had in mind for us due to the fog, nevertheless!! Thank you @Hisham Masaad for the tug, the first one in my life 😀👍...thanks to the patience of all fellow drivers , as i think i got crested unnecessarily at a very easy spot, the fear of rocks on the other side, as warned by Islam, was the culprit and resulted in my hesitation in giving gas. All in all , the drive definitely gives me a sense of satisfaction and achievement, as @Islam Soliman was mentioning in his closing brief. Such a nice drive! Thank you to everyone and especially @Islam Solimanand @Hisham Masaad! One thing I realized today is the selflessness of the the marshals and the seniors on drives. They don't need to be there, they can be doing more challenging drives. Yet they take out the time to develop the skills of drivers like us! Thank you! Seeing the fog was quite nice and unexpected. Its amazing how you move from one bowl to the next and how you slingshot yourself if you miss on the first attempt. I got to practice ridge-riding and crossovers. Was happy to find the sweet spot while doing crossovers, you know when it's a smooth transition and not a bumpy crossover.

Good Afternoon, Thank you all for joining me last night. We were able to maintain the momentum throughout the drive. The convoy did exceptionally well; allowing me to tick box all the plan I had in mind which were: ✅ Step up the speed and drive through the Murqab track- I did not have to slow down as the convoy was easily catching up without any issues ✅ Practice Ridge riding and Criss crossing before sunset: We had new fewbies joining us. To give them a taste of ridge riding & criss crossing, we were able to find some candidate dunes and practice one by one. ✅Night driving from Lisaily to Solar Park- After sunset, we had long distance to cover. The convoy managed the night drive easily with least refusals and stucks. We had reached the exit point before planned time. Well done everyone👍 ✅No Pop out- We did not have any pop-out during the drive, which means every one's driving approach angle was good. @Thomas Varghese- You did a great job in communicating and giving the proper instructions as second lead. You were driving very close to me most of the time, giving response time in case I had to re-route. I do understand X-terra might not able to power up like Wrangler, in that case you should accordingly delay the start to make sure that you do not come close in any situation. I emphasis SL keeping constant distance during night drive because unlike day drive, the lead will not have a clear visual ahead. There are chances lead might encounter a sudden pocket / drop. This did not happen yesterday, but could happen in future, so make sure you don't go too close. @Fabien Monleau- Good to see you cope quickly in the fewbie level. In the ridge riding & criss cross practice session you did really good. Well managed self recovery when you got refusal👌. Rather than just pulling you out, we guided you to self recover. The key is to not panic, and good movement with steering during self recovery. I was impressed with 76 LC's power, it just came out easily in 4L. @Gok Krish- You were flawless in your position and executing the responsibilities given to you . The idea of putting an experience driver before new fewbie was to make sure slight re-routing if track is churned, make sure Wade can follow you at all time without loosing site. Also👍 👍 for the split second maneuvering and brake when @Fabien Monleau had a refusal. Your experience really come in handy there!! @Wade Pat2- Same comments as Fabien, you quickly adapted in FB level. You did great in ridge riding and criss-crossing. Couple of crested situations, with more fewbie drives once you're back from vacation, you will master in crossing dune with right amount of acceleration. Well done on your first fewbie👍. Enjoy your break. @Farouq Owdeh- I could hear your HEMI roaring in the front. You managed well. I was told you had a bit of fishtailing, please make sure that you steer down when you loose momentum, driving in Dubai dunes which are relatively small, you might get away with fishtailing. But you drive mostly in Abu Dhabi, with huge tall dunes, things can go really wrong when fishtailing. @Rob H- You were fantastic as a CF and in handling your Thundra. You handled recoveries and assistance while refusals very well. @Ehab- Ehab has got so good in driving that I could put him behind CF and not worry about him. 👌 @Chaitanya D- Having Chaitanya in my drive, I could leave the convoy with him and focus on leading. Good morning fellow adventurers, We are meeting at 4pm. The weather forecast is predicting the temp will be 40degs. It will start to cool as we drive into the evening, and should be around 37degs once we're truly inside this area. We will climb, sweep and cross, at times it will feel relentless....you absolutely must keep and eye on your dials! I'd say it would also be beneficial to have a bottle of coolant (whatever one is good for your car) just to be on the safe side, although I roared around dunes yesterday and everything temp wise was fine, But better safe than sorry. So... y'all ready for this? BRING IT! Thanks to @Fredericfor leading us to this massive bowl after bouncing through unexpected bushes . Some cars went in V6 and came out V8 😬.... thanks to @Asif Hussainand @SrikumarFor sweeping us through this drive ..... well to be honest i think I learnt a lot on this drive especially when my tyre popped out for the first time after 8 months in desert 🐪🥶..... which thankfully @Asif Hussain and @Srikumarfixed it ..... beside all my other mistakes which I have to amend it 😎..... looking on the bright side of this drive, this new side of sweihan/khatim area was explored with a safe drive out of it ..... thanks everyone, @Zedfor giving his vegetable chopping board with his trolley jack ...... hope to join our next adventure with same group ASAP 🤪

Drive report It had been 8 months since I last ventured into the magnificent dunes around Mahafiz and Fossil Rock. Which, if truth be told, is shameful on my part as these sands have absolutely everything, including heavy traffic. However, a Friday afternoon in the blazing sun is not for everyone and so it proved to be as we saw just one other convoy in the 30+km we covered. We started off at the tree shade and headed out into the sands in a timely fashion and headed down the track. I tried to pick a route that was as vegetation free as possible in order to reach our first play area. Once we had reached our destination the convoy took it in turns to gently navigate the challenge. My jaw was on the floor as each and every member took it in their stride with barely an issue. In fact we only had one refusal but the challenge was completed at the second attempt. And so it was to be for the entire trip, we tackled no fewer than 11 (eleven) slopes and bowls, sweeping up, down and along them with the entire convoy absolutely smashing it! It was such a beautiful sight to see so many newbie drivers in control of their vehicles and mastering the basics of offroading. As we neared the foot of the mighty rock we encountered some congestion from a couple of kamikaze yahoos but the back of the convoy held firm and managed that situation , with @Shaaz Sha rerouting them away from any possible danger. And one by one we climbed, with not a single refusal, to the top of the rock! Incredible! I don’t think I have ever been with a convoy that hasn’t had a least one refusal climbing to the top of Fossil Rock. I shouldn’t have been surprised given everything this brilliant convoy had demonstrated earlier in the drive. We didn’t take the steep route down, mainly due to the presence of the yahoos, I didn’t trust then not to come flying down behind someone, but we did sweep around and made our way to the exit point. @Glenn Waters- you handle your Montero extremely well, you had an absolutely flawless drive. Great job. @James Thorn – The lift and wheel change has certainly helped you get the most our of your Lexus, I think you had just one refusal but smashed it at the second attempt. Really nice driving today, I’m enjoying watching you progress. Well done! @OSKAR MALISZEWSKI – Wow! Your first Newbie and you absolutely smashed it! Looking forward to driving with you again soon. @Saddaquat Tanvir – Just a couple of refusals that you self-recovered from with aplomb, no drama! Really nice driving well done. @Charbel Yazbeck – My word , when I think back to the first drive I had with you and then look at you now. You’ve really started to get a hold of your car and your progress is fantastic. Keep it up, you’re driving really well. @TT_Dubai – Tim, flawless, nuff said! @WaYan – Great drive, in total control and always ready to steer down when needed. That is the mark of a good off-roader. Looking forward to our next drive. Huge thanks to @Ammar Naji who once again delivered a masterclass on how to be the perfect 2nd lead. 2nd lead is an incredibly important task at Newbie level, I can’t thank you enough, you leave enough space and allow me to check routes to ensure it is passable for all members of the convoy and follow my instructions to the letter . Still it was great to know you were there and great re routing from @Shaaz Sha to avoid potential danger from the kamikaze two. @Islam Soliman what a special ride today! As everyone has already shared - the route planning and execution was superb… you gave us such a variety of experiences! THANKYOU for extending the ride to fit in the rollercoaster ride and Baja race (I only got to 83kmp/h … I demand a rematch) @Mario Cornejo flawless again and as always… he is simply the best student in the class! @Hisham Masaad everyone knows you as the most generous and supportive member … today we got to see another side … the showman! You got yourself in super soft sand helping other, rev’d up to dig yourself in more so the seniors would come circle you to support …. And then when you had an audience, you just floated out effortlessly… taking the applause! 🤣👏🏽 @Mehmet Volga many thanks for the support at the back throughout! I want to call out @JeromeFJ … I learnt he is still on stock everything including the tires and just a massive kudos for how is handling everything with the grandtreks … near the back end of the convoy, managing every challenge… a role model ‘driving stock’ … when you do move to true AT tires you will appreciate more than most! and less that said about @Darren Brooke 7’ shovel the better … he could almost stay in his car while shoveling with that thing (I have shovel envy!) great convoy supporting each other when needed and seeing old friends again was a joy!

Thanks @Ale Vallecchifor leading this very fun drive. While trying to give the newbies on the convoy a diverse terrain and challenges to learn, also taking the time to give some theory lessons. And when my TJ had some transmission issues being patient enough to escort me to the nearest track to civilization. Many thanks. I have completed more than 6 months with Carnity today and one thing has always stayed - if you want to RSVP a @Ale Vallecchi drive - , you need to have fingers that move fast (faster than the change in terrain his drive offers) - and if your fingers are slow, don't worry @Ale Vallecchi in any case will make the drive better by adding a new zing to it while accommodating all interested.. So the moment I signed up I knew it's going to be fun and so it was - the structured provided challanges for all - expanding the driving skills of newbies and Fewbies while leadership and recovery skills of intermediate peers. Thanks Ale for the wonderful idea and ofcourse this can only be executed due to ever enthusiastic support from @Carnity team and seniors A bit on drive report for convoy 2 from the SL perspective...- on this beautiful weekend morning we started at around 5:25 with @Yousef Alimadadi in the lead and guiding spirit plus enthusiasm of @Vanessa8580 to back us up at sweep. Within first 20 min i knew my role as Second lead is going to be fun today as distance between me and convoy kept on increasing and the need for bridging the gap between @Yousef Alimadadi Challenge Everything spirit and convoy's new fewbie cautiousness was very apparent. We had multiple refusals within first one hour as the convoy struggled with pace and eventually Pierre had his first stuck - a case which ideally could have been self recovered using Blip Blip technique however early high revs had led to too much digging in of vehicle and with heat we gave up after a bit of shoveling. @Alain Canivet-Abikhalil nicely tugged him out using the shiny red rope and terrain ensured Alain used his rope multiple times through the drive, including when he himself got crested on smallest of dune and had to be tugged out. As the convoy rerouted out of the zone, we entered a beautiful tech area with closely placed dunes...convoy having warmed up sailed through it.. From my rear view mirror i could see both @Pierre de Maigret and @Adhir Saxena enjoying the drive. We had a few minor refusals and some rerouting to avoid churned up sand on the way untill a soft sand slope tested Adhir leading to a stuck at softest of steep slope...it was really a sight to see him self recover out of it..we rerouted again as the area was too tricky and were back again to the adventure.. Almost half an hour before exit, Yousef landed in a tricky pocket and few secs that i took to realize that he is trying to find his way out on the other side of dune, I was already on top of the dune and sudden brake meant I was Royally crested....ensuring that mine and Yousef saga of crests isn't jinxed .😃 Overall it was an awesome drive with beautiful oryxs and camels at sight and a nice bunch of enthusiastic drivers led by a superb adrenaline junkie in Yousef and make it all fun Vanessa at lead. Terrain with tech dune some steep slopes a bit of ridge riding offered a good test for Fewbies. Personally the amount of time my shovel was in use through this drive is more than the cumulative sum of its usage over last 6 months..😃 Watching and guiding newbie/Fewbies friends as they moved through some tricky patches provided a feeling of DejaVu as i (and I am sure most peers) went through the same learning cycle with Carnity ..Overall everyone did well and as i could assess very well gained confidence through the course of this drive. I just focussed in my report on couple of drivers as from second lead position it's not fair to assess the rest...i leave it to Vanessa, Kalahari and other seniors to share their thoughts. Thanks all for the fun day and special thanks to Ale, Vanessa and Yousef for leading us through it.

As long as the Tools work bro, be it Ikea chopping board for the jack or plastic fasteners for the exhaust later upgraded to "borrowed" barbed wires from abandoned property fences 😂

@Frederic next time please announce it on the radio and the whole group will gladly follow you to help another Carnity or non-Carnity convoy i'm sure. I was late to find out only after inflating, @Hasan Wahlan told me of the incident but i didn't know where to go to help, so we could only pray for all your safety 🙏🏻 Looking forward to Part 2 of the Switcheroos, and you weren't kidding btw, there were a lot of crest switches 😂

Drive Report: Dear friends @Roy Armale, @Clay Neddo, @sachin suvarna, @Simon Ducos, @Haris Javed, @Vikas Bhatia, @arjumand, @Marwan Haddad, @Roy Dsouza, @hasan hamadeh pic below at Richie's bar in Qudra area It is always special when you join a club to enjoy as a hobby and over time you have learned so much to share with new friends who join in. Absolute newbie is one drive which is always so fun for all the seniors to impart and introduce all the safe practices. This report of mine has been made easier by @Lorenzo Candelpergher who has beautifully described what all you need to do as he was having a birds eye view on the entire convoy being in the center. Thank you so much. To high light a few more learning points: 1. Please learn to improve on what all you learnt and experienced today - , deflations, approach, throttle control and using the gears/diff locks to get out of situations. 2. Keep to convoy positions at all times, keep a close watch on cars in front and behind you. 3. Radio communication and acknowledgement is prime 4. Please follow advices given by the seniors - which will help you get out of a situation without damaging your car. 5. Do not venture out on a different track on your own. With regards to deflation depending on the style you drive and which tires you are running you can go down to 15 psi for normal road tires and 12 psi if you have off road all terrain tires. You can keep reducing by 0.5 psi as you progress till you get that sweet spot where the pressure will be perfect to get the best performance of your car for your style of driving, without risking a pop out. You will learn and experience this as you progress and join more drives. From now on you all have done a fantastic debut with Carnity and are welcome to join more drives in future. Remember to get your mandatory off road gear by next time you join - Radio (and program it), Shovel, Deflator, Compressor and a off road flag. Thanks to @Foxtrot Oscar and the seniors for leading us on a fun filled afternoon showcasing the best of Mahafiz and Fossil Rock. Nice to be able to climb Fossil Rock this time instead of dealing with a protesting clutch and going into limp mode (the other car, not the LC!). Dear Desert Wanderers, An off-road drive is always a beautiful way to start the weekend and the effort of waking up in the middle of the night is definitely worth the experience. Today's convoy had a good chance to explore the bright sand dunes of Al Qudra and to have a first taste of what driving off-road with @Carnityentails: beautiful landscape with great views, great fun at the steering wheel (or in the passenger's seat) as the iniital fears and hesitation slowly fade away and the chemistry between drivers and vehicles starts to develop, occasional close encounters with gazelles and oryxes. Thank you @Chaitanya D for the nice track chosen today, which progressively increased the technical difficulties as the drivers gained confidence with the terrain, allowing everyone in the convoy, both the real absolute newbies and the ones who had already some previous experience on the sand, to enjoy the ride always in complete safety and making sure everyone was comfortable with the level at all times. From my privileged position as Center Forward, I had eyes on a good part of the convoy and I think we had very a few interesting learning points today worth mentioning. @Roy Armale, you did very well in 2nd lead, carefully following the Marshal's instructions at all times. You even made it to the top of the long climb that we later decided to skip: as you realized by yourself, momentum is key in such situation; with time all drivers will gain confidence and understand when pushing a bit more is a necessity. Well done! @Clay Neddo, your past off-roading experience, even if in different terrains, was definitely recognizable. You always managed well, with a couple of refusals at tricky spots, all self-recovered, promptly applying instructions from the team. I heard you saying you didn't believe it was possible to get out of one those situations.. You'll discover your Pajero can do way more than you think it capable of! Today, for example, a good takeaway for everyone was that, in a refusal situation, doing a bit of full left - full right steering (which displaces the sand at the sides of your front wheels) can do wonders. @sachin suvarna, it was very clear this wasn't your first time in the sand. You managed your Pathfinder very well, nice and smooth throughout the drive. Kudos! @Simon Ducos, I guess you had experienced some desert off-roading, probably as a passenger, with your father. For the portion of the drive when you were in front of me I could see you handled your Fortuner with confidence. An excellent start. @Haris Javed, yours is a very difficult car to drive off-road: very capable, but not easy, as it it powerful, but big, long and heavy. I have learned off-roading on my Nissan Patrol Y62 as well and I loved it; it will take some practice to learn how to control the fishtailing and how to avoid abusing the great power you have under the hood, while making friends with momentum and gravity. I could already see you were starting to learn how to countersteer when fishtailing (i.e. steering counterintuitively in the direction of your tail when it goes sideways): in a few drives you do this more instinctively and learn how to combine it with a bit of gas to correct the situation better. Then you will start discovering the full potential of your great car. An excellent debut for a true absolute newbie! With @Haris Javed and myself the whole convoy also had the opportunity to learn another important lesson today: if the car behind you is not in your rear view mirror, announce it and hold, otherwise the risk is that whoever follows you, regardless of how experienced he/she may be, may lose his/her way, as it happened with me today, when I chased the wrong tracks not having seen in which direction you had gone while I was helping another car behind to get unstuck. Equally, if a stuck is announced, it means a recovery is required, which will take time: in this case, again, it is advisable to stop on a flat area and wait. @arjumand, your car is a legendary off-roader, greatly respected in the UAE, and is a beauty to see. It will do amazing things with you at the steering wheel very soon, when you will start learning how it behaves on the sand. As with Haris, controlling your fishtailing will be one of your main achievements along with getting to understand how to be gentle on your throttle. You have good A/T tires, which you could probably deflate down to a bit less than 15psi (maybe 12psi, which will allow a larger foot print of the tire and therefore more traction), from which you'll certainly benefit in soft stand, which is where you struggled a bit today. @Vikas Bhatia, I had you in my rear mirror all the time and I appreciated your cautious driving: you kept your own pace whenever you felt you had to slow down a little bit, but you came across the most challenging spots unscathed. Your few stucks and refusals happened at tricky spots, and made you learn three important things: first, momentum is key, as in both occasions you lost it and stopped in a moment of hesitation; second, power is not your friend when having a refusal, as too much spinning will make you dig yourself more in the sand and third, stuck happens and recovers with tugs are absolutely part of the game; if you don't get stuck while learning, it means you ar not challenging yourself enough. Very well done!! Behind Vikas I had little visibility. I guess @Brette@Brette, whose great and experienced support was key at the back, will be able to add more precious comments on @Marwan Haddad and@Roy Dsouza. @hasan hamadeh I guess today you learned that no matter how strong your F150 may be, the desert can be stronger... Hopefully your car's worrying noise will be an easy fix: very well done when driving out your car with limited traction. Another important lesson for the day, especially in tricky situations like the one Hasan faced, when forced to drife in 2WD, is radio communication: listening carefully to instructions and executing manouvers accordingly is key for successful recoveries. Kudos to everyone for an excellent start of your off-roading adventure. I look forward to driving again toghether!

Thanks everyone for a wonderful way to start the weekend. Being there on time helped us make an early move by 4:45am enjoying a good 25mins of driving in the dark before 🌞 started to reveal itself. We drove for good just a little less than 5 hrs and because of the early start we didn’t suffer any signs of overheating despite of the many recoveries and very sticky soft sand spots we been through.. all of which were managed extraordinary well with your great self recovery skills or on other situations support from the team with little shoveling or tugs.. no pop outs however which is impressive given this terrain which is another sign for your great maneuvering skills. It was a fun drive full of actions but zero drama and I hope you also liked the closure after little sweihan triangle. Below for statistic lovers.. you guys have done a lot there.. hope you liked it. final words of thanks to the great support team I had today with @Mario Cornejo on great 2nd lead and always supportive @Hisham Masaad and Abdelghani and perfect sweep of @Mehmet Volga . Dear @JeromeFJ @Darren Brooke @Lakshmi Narasimhan @Ranjan Das @RooRzOn @Niki @Matt.T @Rizwanm2 @Danish Mohammad @Mario Cornejo @Mehmet Volga @Hisham Masaad It's time we wrap up our plan for tomorrow morning adventure with basic details. 1- weather is getting hot and we want to have an early start hoping to cover majority of the track by 8:30am before heading to the exit to inflat by 9:00am before we get roasted. 2- This requires prompt presence at the meeting point by 4:30am and be ready to move max by 4:45am (deflated, flag erected, 4H on, radio on and set, airbags/traction/abs all set....) 3- Please ensure your radio is on, fully charged, and set to the right frequency: channel 3 (446,056.25) upon arrival to do a quick radio check 4. when you arrive, pls try to take your position (if possible) based on the below convoy order 5- briefing will be done on the radio as we start moving See you all on the sand 😎

The choice of the area was superb and I must say that the convoy had enough bowls and sideys to play around and a perfect sunset view from the top of the fossil rock..👏👏 enjoyed it. We had a very strong convoy today and every one did amazing. Being the CF, I had nothing to do other than enjoying the drive. well done guys.
