  1. Thanks @Rizwanm2 for leading the drive today and supported by ever reliable Dr @M.Seidam

Always learning from you guys. This is the first time I’m at Badayer for Fewbie drive. My previous visits were all F+. Today my son was with me and F level suited him well. The orange sand and high climbs was breathtaking.
@Haitham Khattab @Brett Eicher@Imran Kashif @Gurcharan Mehta @takeshi sobue you guys made up a great convoy. As mentioned by Doc, no shovel and rope just refusals.
@Gurcharan Mehta no apologies needed. Safety is important and honestly, even the exit drive was fun for us.
@takeshi sobue it was easy following you as your exhaust note will tell me how much to push

    have a great week ahead

  2. It has been a few weeks since my last drive and good to be in the sand again.
I actually started my drive on 2WD and without switching off my abs, airbag and all the gizmos 😅. Deflation is king so thankfully I managed to disengaged all the driver’s aid and engage 4WD whilst crossing the first small dune.

Thanks @Vanessa8580 for showing us a variety of terrains and challenges as mentioned by @Warren Flay 😆

@Waqas Parvez you indeed had a busy day today and thanks for all your efforts and offers for help when I had my refusals. @Sam K I hope you got your car issues resolved ahead of your travel.
@Imran Kashif I enjoyed driving with you, you handled your FJ really well although it was only your first drive in the FJ. Enjoy the car.

To the rest of the convoy, thanks for coming out. See you all next time. I will share more photos at the gallery.

  3. Many thanks Dr @M.Seidamfor organizing such amazing drive on Friday night to ease the mental work stress accumulated during the work week.

The night drive was truly intriguing and tested our patience and skills with multiple challenges that the convoy was able to overcome.

@Dinesh Kumar A nice to meet you and hope you will be a regular again

@Ashutosh Garg I hope you managed to get your car fixed

    @munkybizness @Zixuan Huang - Charlie @Ranjan Das @GregoryAmazing support from you guys

@Joseph Raju @Simon Dawood It was nice to be driving with both you. Simon's lights gave me a lot of confidence as I have very clear vision ahead and the sides.

@Tareq Al Turq @Haitham Khattab @Amr Aydin Good to be driving with you all as well.

It was also a nice surprise and timely break for some dates for the extra energy. I wish Dr Seidam a great and healthy year ahead. The camaraderie of this convoy was great. The early morning drive home made me feel very accomplished and satisfied of a great night out in the desert.

  4. I could see from your profile that your current car is a Fortuner. Will the Prado/Patrol be an additional car or to replace the Fortuner.

If it is to replace, then Prado will get my vote - based on the reasons given the above by other forum members who are smarter and more experienced than me.

If it is an additional car, then I will vote for Patrol. Simply for the fact that it is a bigger car and different dynamics.

Most importantly, what is the preference of the missus?

  5. It has been a while since I did a 5am drive. This drive led by @M.Seidam and @Rizwanm2 was great.  We also get to pay homage to the legendary Fossil Rock from afar that we used to go often previously. The Faya dune at the end was a great bonus as it was relatively peaceful for us to play.

I enjoyed playing sweep to a very capable and efficient convoy. It was a great morning for us. My guest enjoyed it a lot.
hope to see you all soon! I have shared some photos in the gallery.

  6. Thank you @Wrangeld for making the pop out events as an upskilling opportunity for all of us. The night drive was fantastic as it had a variety of terrain and challenges involved. My family enjoyed it as much as I did. Generally, the convoy drove very well. Thanks to @Looper and @salah2ufor the great support.

I also enjoyed driving with those in front and behind me @Dr Tanveer Ahmed @Anoop Das  @Rayas Ali

I have shared some photos at the Gallery.

    Have a good week ahead.
