  1. A nice eventful drive @Islam Soliman  I believe we did abide very well by your selected theme. What I loved during the few stucks is the great teamwork and humility we witnessed. It confirms the interest we all had in the technical learnings throughout almost every moment of the drive.

The long dunes were calling on the way - as @JeromeFJ mentioned - but to be honest, they were not missed today.

I am usually inclined to drive in the front of the convoy. Today, driving at the back was challenging because of the churned sand between the tight dunes, but I also had the chance to look at different drivers styles, techniques and learn and anticipate some approaches.

Thank you @JeromeFJ @Nabil Bishara and @Mario Cornejo for keeping the convoy together @Gaurav Soni and @Ranjan Das for a very nice demonstration and everyone for a beautiful morning !

    PS : @Wrangeld you have competition 😄

  2. Thank you @Ale Vallecchi Loved the hidden / secret dunes in the beginning of our journey. Quite interesting to cover all those different terrain and switch between technical, long range and of course your specialty : ridge riding.

Margham - Murquab and pushed to Solar Park with a very well balanced convoy with 3 Wranglers, 3 FJs and 2 giant Raptors. I'm sure we looked very cool to the locals with their falcon 😎

I had a few refusals and early exits due to lack of momentum or miscalculating my steering, but as usual, learned a lot and staying focused I believe is key.

@Hisham Masaad and @Alex Raptor great support as always.

Thanks @PaoloMaraziti for the refreshments :)

Glad to see you all in this midweek drive !

  3. Lorenzo is back ! 😅

Thank you @Lorenzo Candelpergher @Luca Palanca Falsini @Yousef Alimadadi for the drive and support, really enjoyed every part of it, and made my best to follow you tracks and make it easy for the rest of the convoy. It was both inspiring and intimidating to have so many experienced drivers in the convoy. Thank you all for your patience whenever I had refusals or a flat tyre 😅

Apparently the tyre is okay. no more leakage but I am still driving on the spare. Will put it back today.
That flat tyre made me realize I need a better toolbox in my car and showed me again how nice and friendly of a community @Carnity is :)

    Nice video @PaoloMaraziti:))

Have a lovely week everyone !

  4. Well, there's not much left to say :)

@Wrangeld that was a brilliant drive. It was the first time I wander in this part of the desert. Thank you for the discovery. Always a pleasure to follow your lead, at any level I keep learning from your technical expertise. @Niki for the new title I suggest "The Punstobable" 😆

@Niki and @Alex Raptor your expertise and spirit are the best support !

Also wanted to highlight @S Jacob who had to react quickly several times when I was caught short.

@Abdul Rafay-S, i think it's the first time I see you behind the wheel :) well done !

@Damien Ranjit @Ehab @Naveen Raj nice to meet you and looking forward to have more drives with you

@munkybizness those days are definitely part of the game and the learning curve.

    @Christopher Assal you're not a Fewbie 😄 and what's happening between you and @Niki🤔

@Pierre de Maigret good to see you back compatriot !

  5. Thank you @Ale Vallecchi as expected, you took us on a very nice and new trip through the dunes of Murqab to reach Faqa.

At some moments, on the Sabkhas, the convoy looked like a MadMax scenery... ^^

Particularly enjoyed the long ridge-ridings and also the technical dunes - that are part of the deal - and it's rewarding to cross those tricky sections effectively.

Thank you @Lakshmi Narasimhan for SL, @Gaurav Soni for tightening the convoy and @Mario Cornejo for the support.

It was a very enjoyable drive and the sunset at the end was amazing !

    See you all very soon.

Hi @hasan hamadeh. This is a fewbie level drive and I won't be able to accept your RSVP as you are a newbie. Hence, I have removed your RSVP for this drive. Hope you can understand.

@Alain Canivet-Abikhalil, @Anoop Nair and @munkybizness can you confirm whether you are still available for your second drive? If so, let me know and I would be able to add you when the RSVP is closed tomorrow.

Hey @Tbone I confirm my availability for the drive.

    Thanks
