Rawad
Thank you @Rahimdad, @Islam Soliman, @Jasim Khumi, and @Abdul Rahman Abdul Kader for the great drive. It was super exciting 🤠 This was my first newbie drive and you were very informative, patient, and helpful. I sure finished with more confidence and a great appetite for more drives and adventures My apologies for the rest of the convoy for the emergency stop and exit at the end 3

Popular Post Rahimdad
Trio Report Pleasant weather and an awesome convoy made my day another blessed day and worth waking up early in the morning. I reached the meeting point to be welcomed by most members deflating maintaining Social Distancing. After deflation and all flags flying high and proud I started the radio check by revising the convoy numbering, followed by a short but important briefing. With @Islam Soliman calling out the convoy numbering we were in our positions and ready to head out. As promised during the briefing we warmed up to some small to medium dunes and kept on scaling the drive. I was pleasantly surprised to catch some virgin dunes on the way. This tempted me to ride the ridges which everyone handled well. At some points we were just zig zagging our way giving me a view of the entire convoy. We did not have many stuckd or refusals, but @Abdul Rahman Abdul Kader and @Islam Soliman were upto the task for calling a clear within no time. The smooth and quick way in which things were handled meant we had reached our first play area in no time. So we enjoyed playing at Pink Rocks before we saw another group coming in so we left the area to allow the other convoy to play. I'm sure there were some broken hearts at that point, but I assure you those dunes have survived my 12 years of off-roading and not going anywhere soon. So till next time my fellow off-roaders. I must compliment the way the Pink Rock crossing was handled as I think for my convoys it was the quickest ever for 13 cars to be on the other side. Here as promised we headed towards the rolling dunes as the convoy had managed each challenge well with a smile and as a well oiled team. These rolling dunes can feel a bit overwhelming on first view and surely we had a few hiccups as we traversed these dunes, but being the amazing team we were, we handled each refusal by being patient, listening and carrying out the manoeuvres as advised by the seniors. As we headed close to the Big Red we had to make a couple of stops and eventually exit @Rawad Bahsas as his sister Marwa was not feeling well. Please don't be sorry as we did the right thing by exiting you when we did, @Islam Soliman provided me sweep duties during the exit as well. Hope Marwa is feeling better now, and my apologies to her for being over zealous and I wish her all the best for her quest to find a pharmaceutical job. i was treated to a short lead by @Islam Soliman who led me back to the convoy. Although it was just 6 to 7 minutes back in, but I'm enjoying the new flavor of lead coming up. With little time left we continued to play around Big Red until we were at the base. We all had our fill climbing and trying to reach the top safely until it was time to inflate and head home. @Jasim Khumi was my second lead and was excellent to reroute or stop as necessary. I love to watch him learn and grow and wanted to give him the opportunity to watch and learn from me at front. @Danish Mohammad surprised me by cutting his Pajero into half and joining it. Yes, the seam in the Pajero is visible and you can't fool people by saying you got a SWB. I'm happy to hear my little sister wants to join us with her own ID and I hope she'll enjoy learning from us just as much as you. @Hossam Anwar, @Trekado and @Ahmad Shaker are a trio which I love. Knowing they will enjoy their time together I put them together and I could see how much fun they were having. Besides having fun it is a pleasure for me to watch them grow. They also do me a great favor by saying they are my fans and wait for my drive to be posted, really boosts my ego. @Abdul Rahman Abdul Kader has joined me after some time now and I am impressed how well he is doing now. Having him as my Center Forward was also a blessing as he kept the convoy moving from his position. @Rawad Bahsas did amazingly well with his beast which was looking awesome. He had a pop-out earlier on which was well addressed by @Islam Soliman. You learn when you ask and @Rawad Bahsas was prompt to ask why drive around a couple of times before deflating again. Answers is to allow the tire to sit nicely on the rim before deflating again. Remember to clean that tire with a tire shop to remove any sand left inside. My apologies again to Marwa who is a wonderful individual. You're blessed with an amazing wife who gave her front row seat to Marwa on my suggestion. Lovely family and I'm looking forward to many more drives with you. @Osama Al Hamwi my Humvee friend I love to tease. I love one thing about him I'd like everyone to learn from him. Every occasion he had a refusal he would announce it and with a calm voice would add that he would take care of it himself. Guess what, he's not just saying it, he was following all the fundamentals and made sure he was out on his own. These are very proud moments for the seniors to see the members learn and put their knowledge to practice. @prajupramod was on the top of his game and I loved to see him improve with his throttle and steering control whenever I had the opportunity to see the back of the convoy. @Hardik Mody with his Xterra is looking unstoppable. Although everything that went wrong on this drive is his fault for reasons he knows best. @Larry Cadden was back for more of my drive and I hope he got his fill. He was pretty quiet, but I bet a couple of more drives with me and I'll make him just as talkative as me. I love to see him handle his Wrangker with smooth skills, something rare but amazing to experience. He already is aware the power and advantage he has with his Wrangler, and he just caresses his vehicle through all obstacles. My trip report cannot be complete without mentioning @Islam Soliman. The testament to our club and community growing in leaps and bounds is me getting to meet him personally after he's promoted the Advanced level. Having him in sweep put me at ease as I heard him have the cool and calm over the radio, repeating steps and making sure the member was at ease. It was such a pleasure to meet him and never felt like I didn't know him. All in all a wonderful time with wonderful people. My pics have been uploaded in the gallery. Enjoy. 4 3 1 1

Osama Al Hamwi
First of all, please allow me to seize the chance to thank you for this fascinating trip which we all enjoyed it, awesome weather, amazing group and most importantly a professional Marshal with the necessary qualities of experience, patience, techniques , encouragement at all times to make your trip special, and of course all of you know that I mean @Rahimdad whom I thank Personally for the compliment he spoke about how I managed my car in situations of refusals, Really, it is a testimony that I am proud of, and I do not deny that what I achieved in terms of driving on the sand is because I joined Carnity Club which provided me with a lot of practical experiences, and I do not forget the help and support of @marks in my first trips, but what I have reached currently goes to my friend @Rahimdad as you insisted on choosing the area on the basis of being the leader on that day for my comfort driving with you and my confidence that I will gain experience or even my car possibilities through the challenges we were face, Also thank you very much to your assistances , specially to @Islam Solimanwho accompanied us on that trip as sweeper , in-fact I had a great pleasure to meet new colleagues from Carnity Club. I wish success to all, and see you soon Inshallah 2
