  1. Everyone was excellent on this drive! Thanks to @sertac @Luca Palanca Falsini and @Nivin for good leading and to all others having perfect speed with no stuck in the main part of the drive. @Athula Dharmadada hope you can easily fix the radiator problem and back to the sand soon.

Even the ending part of the drive was funny for me since it was a good experience for everyone to handle in such a difficult technical area.

This was my first time in this track and now it has become one of my favorites. All types of dunes are together here so we were able to play on long dunes as well as challenged with difficult technical dunes in a single drive! I will follow all drives in this area to join!

See you all on the next challenge!

  2. Wonderful drive! Thanks to @Ale Vallecchi @Luca Palanca Falsini @Pancho and all drivers for good coordination and high performance.

I really enjoyed the area, especially the last part where we did long ridge ridings. The sand was a bit soft but it only made the game funnier. The good thing with @Ale Vallecchi's drives that he always discovers wilderness parts of the desert allowing us to race against gazelles!

  3. This drive was really good and joyful for me and my car as well :D There were many 'firsts';

    1- My first intermediate drive

    2- My first rope recovery

    3- My first 'tiptronic' driving

Upon transmission overheat problem I faced last week and following the advices given by @Frederic and @Vanessa8580 , I tried manual mode driving this time. At result, no issue with transmission heat and I also realized that it is much more funnier than auto mode driving! Yes, it is a bit strange at the beginning but once you get familiar, it is really fun playing with transmission, following your momentum, listening your engine noise and reacting accordingly! I enjoyed it!

My first rope recovery supervised by @Emmanuel from the behind and @Kalahari from the front was a well instructive beginning for such recoveries in the future.

Big thanks to leads @Emmanuel and @Kalahari for their great management; also all the others @Anish S @Nivin @Pancho for their excellent performance in high tempo.

Even stucks were beneficial since I made good shoveling and 'push-up` exercises (by pushing the cars :D)... It was a bit challenging for a smoker like me but you cannot be fit without any difficulty...

    See you next drive!

  4. @Gaurav @Frederic @Wrangeld @Ale Vallecchi @Rahimdad @Emmanuel thank you for such a great weekend gift! Will try to do with my best to further improve. Thanks to your excellent teaching during all those newbies + fewbies that opened this door to me.

@Yousef Alimadadi @sertac @Chaitanya D @Mohamed Seidam thank you all! I'll be so delighted to do for this new challenge together with you on the sand.

  5. Excellent drive! Pumped adrenalin in every second! Thanks to leads @Emmanuel @sertac and @Biju Abdul @Christian Andras for their good coordination. Special thanks to Dr. @Christian Andras for his help to overcome my heating issues... for the both heats; my car's and myself :D

With only a few refusals and stucks, everybody enjoyed playing on high dunes in high tempo. The trouble of the day was Pajeros' I think. After the quit of @asifk, my transmission also heated in several times. I managed to cool it down in all but this problem dropped me from playing at the rest of the drive. I do not understand why this happened because the drive was fast and the weather was not that much horrible like in the summer. I think this is a problem specific to Pajeros and no issue for Wranglers, FJs and Xterras.

Sometimes I am switching to manual mode-first gear to overcome challenging climbs since my auto-transmission is a bit slow and causes lose of momentum. Would it be a reason of transmission heat?

  6. The drive was excellent with high tempo and only a few stucks/refusals. Many thanks to @Ale Vallecchi for such a good route discovery, his technical instructions and great leading as always... Thanks to other leads @Kalahari @Nivin and @marks for their efforts in recoveries ensuring quick back to drive with full of joy. Also thanks to all other drivers for your good performances. See you on the next drive!
