Wrangeld
I am really pleased about this @Lorenzo Candelpergher, as I have watched your journey over the last months, probably in the same way that I feel @Rahimdad @Gaurav @Srikumar and @Frederic we watching over my development in Carnity [and look where that got me 😂]. I think you have been on more of my lead drives than anyone else which is why it so pleasing to see that you have been awarded this rank. Just goes to prove that you CAN succeed even when the drives are a disaster! You've listened to everything that has been said and taken the feedback and made the changes, improving your poise and capability all the time. I am delighted to welcome you to the seniors group in the team and look forward to digging out people on one of your drives some time soon. 2 1 3
