  1. Thank you @JeromeFJ for yesterday's amazing drive. We tasted a bit of every offroad flavour so I got refreshed after some months away. Thank you for giving me this opportunity taking me back ti the desert.

@Davie Chase it was reaaly nice to meet you again after such a long time. Thank you for your excellent support and making the life easier for me buddy :-D

And each one of drivers in the convoy was amazingly eager to learn and showed outstanding performance in the beginning of this long term adventure.. Keep it up guys. See you on the sand.

Dear @Mehmet Volga, I have heard about your role over incident 😳. I am sorry to hear about it, and I am glad to know that you and your passanger were not harmed, anything else such as the car etc. is replacable.

I learned from my experience when I fliped and rolled my car, the important thing is to forget what happend,  add to the experience list, and quickly come back to the desert for other drives with a much stronger character.

I hope to see you soon brother.

@Mohamad Anwer thank you very much brother. Yes I recently joined to the rolling stones club and as you said, even it was horrific while having it, we all know that this is happening and not rare. Fully agree with you that it is much better to look forward. Since my car went total loss now, I'll need a new desert toy. As soon as I have one, I'll be back on sand to drive with you again.

Thank you for your wishes brother. See you soon 👋

Yes, indeed @Varun Mehndiratta, it didnt. 🙂

A tyre shop gave me couple of temporary replacement tyres (used), in place of 4 of my tyres (Yoko Geos) removed from my previous car, which the shop guys "lost" for some unknown reason. It was a stop gap arrangement until they could locate my tyres. I saw the treads of these tyres before they put them on , but did not get a good look at the beads, as it was stacked one above another , and higher than our eye levels. Yesterday, I directly went to them and had it removed, and found that the beads were damaged/torn at couple of places. Looks like the previous owner was using them on bead locks and took some heavy beating. So thats it -  bad beads;  i was deflated to 12psi, and the beads were not holding on to the rims as it should have, lost air, ended up flat with a semi pop out, which is why we could not fill the air back , They put the tyre back, with that paste thingy, and it held perfectly at 35psi - no leaks.

Now negotiating with the shop for a solution and aiming to sort out before the holiday drives 🤞🤞

Thanks for all the help and patience in sorting this out and installing my spare tyre - @Varun Mehndiratta, @Looper, @Mehmet Volga, @george charbel and sorry to keep you waiting and partially ruining your morning  - @Juan R  @premindra rajaram, @Sebb

Am sure @Looper must have made up for it by taking you through a fantastic drive, making the best of what was remaining of your precious saturday morning !!

No need to be sorry @Sunil Mathew, we all enjoyed working it out. It was good to feel the dessert breezing for me... After you exited, I had similar problem with my front right tyre pressure whooshing out... We inflated it once but it happened again, there was a big leak from the rim. We didn't have to replace it as it was ok with the high pressure but I had to complete the drive with 20 psi pressure. I'll check in the tyre shop if it is only some sand inside or similar problem with yours like bad beads around the rim. Let's see...

Thank you @Looper @Varun Mehndiratta @george charbel @Juan R @premindra rajaram @Sebb for a wonderful drive. See you on the next!

  8. @Ignacio Quindós @Jaro Tuzinsky @Zulfikhar Naiyar @Miguel Codes @JamesThorn @TT_Dubai

You all were amazing today guys! A flawless performance and we reached up Solar Park by smashing 81 km track 💪 ... wouldn't be possible with an ordinary convoy. Many times I had looped back to Faqa because of the time lost but our tempo was brilliant today.

I think we found some ridges to whip there. No rope and no shovel other than mine but only a few reattempting. Good winching show by @Ignacio Quindós and @Miguel Codes in that terrible volcano pit at the top. I'm taking my negative words back about wranglers 😛 Nice shooting @Jaro Tuzinsky 👍 and great performance for a Pajero among those rhinos!

@Ignacio Quindós and @TT_Dubai thank you guys for pulling and pushing the convoy.  @Zulfikhar Naiyar @JamesThorn every one of you was your own support today.

Let's do the opposite next time (from Qudra to Faqa). See you all soon!

Dear  @Mehmet Volga  I am afraid I won't be able to join due to some sudden work commitments, which just came up. Thank you so much.  Enjoy brother 🙏

All ok my brother... But miss driving with you so much, catch me next time 💪

Hey @CharlH @Nadeem Ansari Thank you for joining but unfortunately your current level is not allowed for this drive. This is Fewbie Plus level so I have to remove you both from the convoy. You can join any drive titled "Newbie" during your earlier journey. See you next time 👍

  11. @Sunil Mathew @Lukas @Pascal @Brett Eicher @Joji varghese @Rajiv Sam

Thank you all for participating this drive. It was wonderful meeting with Nahel dunes again. This was my first leading for the new season after a long brake of 4 months. My muscles were a bit lazy but you did it great so I am aligned back to my path...

@Sunil Mathew on 2nd lead saved our convoy from falling into dark pits many times. Thank you for your great leading!

@Lukas made a great beginning in his Fewbie journey. The level of the drive was slightly higher than regular Fewbies because of the terrain and extremely soft sand. You started from difficult so the upcomings will be funnier for you I think. Now you know all basics and tricks for the new actions; criss-crossing, ridge-riding, long hill climbing .... you did them all very well. Enjoy your new rank!

@Pascal and @Brett Eicher ; great controlling guys! It was amazing watching you rounding in deep bowls without any single fishtailing. You are doing great, but most importantly, very safe while dancing on the dunes. Keep it up like this, but don't forget to be careful against overconfidence in further levels. Looking forward to your promotions...

@Joji varghese you proved once more that XT-offroad is the best toy that one may have in the UAE deserts. Excellent show brother!

... and my friend @Rajiv Sam. Thank you for coming and supporting my drive buddy! You kept the convoy safe and sound all the time. See you in the next ones!
