the F.J. ... fabulous juggernauts ! :) I thought to ask you and @Hisham Masaad for a FJ selfie yesterday but somehow slipped my mind , we shall do that !

Yes @PaoloMaraziti and @JeromeFJ we should have a selfie together with the "fj rock" , I saw it yesterday when @Islam Soliman was mentioning the rocks names next to the pink rock 🤪🤪

I was actually disappointed with the setup.. didn’t realize that I have to get out of the car to connect the hoses to the 4 ports under each wheel well.. Lazyboy club needs to come up with a better fully automated solution 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Yes we need work on it @Islam Soliman

@Islam Soliman what a special ride today!  As everyone has already shared - the route planning and execution was superb… you gave us such a variety of experiences! THANKYOU for extending the ride to fit in the rollercoaster ride and Baja race (I only got to 83kmp/h … I demand a rematch)

@Mario Cornejo flawless again and as always… he is simply the best student in the class!

@Hisham Masaad everyone knows you as the most generous and supportive member … today we got to see another side … the showman!  You got yourself in super soft sand helping other, rev’d up to dig yourself in more so the seniors would come circle you to support …. And then when you had an audience, you just floated out effortlessly… taking the applause!  🤣👏🏽

@Mehmet Volga many thanks for the support at the back throughout!

I want to call out @JeromeFJ … I learnt he is still on stock everything including the tires and just a massive kudos for how is handling everything with the grandtreks … near the back end of the convoy, managing every challenge… a role model ‘driving stock’ … when you do move to true AT tires you will appreciate more than most!

and less that said about @Darren Brooke 7’ shovel the better … he could almost stay in his car while shoveling with that thing :) (I have shovel envy!)

great convoy supporting each other when needed and seeing old friends again was a joy!

Was hoping the web site allows for more than reaction @Niki, so I can show laugh, thanks, well done, totally agree and woooooooooooooow. Nice meeting you again and the whole convoy friends. Look forward to meet again

Hi Hisham. This time I was thinking of starting at 4pm. Let's see if that's OK, or should shift to AM (perhaps not too early, but still with cooler temps).

Yes @Ale Vallecchii think morning drive is much more safe than afternoon. In case of any case of stuck, or any requirement to be in the sun, more temperature and sweating might cause sunstroke, at least for few months 👍👍👍

    Well done everyone @Thomas Varghese, @Russ, @Werno, @Alain Canivet-Abikhalil, @Darren Brooke, @Lakshmi Narasimhan, @Danish Mohammad, @M.Seidam , @GauravSoni, we all enjoyed all the challenges at night.

@PaoloMaraziti just relax, don't come to any conclusions . Probably you can start with NB drives in the dark, get more used to the alterations and then join FB drives which are faster. The terrain from Pink Rock to Big Red is a bit of a roller coaster so some tend to feel motion sick. Other areas which are similar are Area 53, Shuaib and Badayer. So refrain from these areas (which tend to be a roller coaster kind of ride with a fab convoy like yesterday where hardly anyone slows down), then slowly build the practice. Hopefully you should get used to , if not then you make a informed decision .

@Shaaz Sha thanks for the wonderful support

@Lorenzo Candelpergher beautiful drive with a enthusiastic group absolutely agree with everything in your report. Thank you

After driving the FJ out and coming back in a plush Rubicon , I was a bit weary sitting back in my X-Terractor🤣

So it looks Dr. @Chaitanya D, there were two cases affected in the drive, you and @PaoloMaraziti😅

I agree with what @Frederic said. However I saw many cars flying of a ridge due to approaching with higher-than-needed-speed to avoid getting crested but resulting in flying off the crest and land hard with front almost hitting ground, depending on the sensitivity of the airbag impact sensors can deploy the airbags.

what @Lawrence_Chehimi mentioned about ABS is 100% true too.

However, personally, I don’t like kill switches as they add more potential failure points to sensitive systems and if they are not done professionally can lead to unpleasant incidents. So I go for the simple solution of unplugging the fuses from the fuse box while deflating and put them back while inflating. In my case, 4 fuses; takes 10 seconds.

Of course I know this may not be an acceptable solution for our inconvenience-tolerant Lazyboy gang @Hisham Masaad @Ahab Shamaa @Watteau @Lorenzo Candelpergher @Niki🤣🤣🤣

switching gear @Christopher Assal, when do we get to try the cake?

    No I didn't like your Solution @Islam Soliman 🤣🤣
